Need help fast, which small LCD (19-26in)?

Need to get a small LCD tonight (long story), from either BB or CC.

LG, Insignia, Sammy, Polaroid, Viewsonic, Scepter, Vizio and Envision all have models in this range, and I don't have time to research them all.

My guess the Sammys would be best, but would also cost the most. How are the other players in this space?

How about the scalers in these models?
