Samsung HL-T5075S

Just placed my order through Bestbuy. Could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere, but I liked the fact that I got a 300$ TV stand for free, and the no hassles ESP.

It's scheduled to be delivered June 4th, after I return from military leave. I stood in Bestbuy for almost 3 hours staring between the Samsung 720P and the Mitsu 1080P, and I really didn't notice much difference. I am happy with my choice.

I can't really find any good reviews on here, so once I get it up and running I will post back on here. Does anyone have opinions in the meantime?

I bought the same tv about a month and a half ago. I love it. Unfortinatly it stopped working. Samsung was wright on the problem and I had a service tech out in a couple of days. I could just returned this tv and got a different one but it looks so good that I couldnt do that. Im deciding to keep it. The tech is coming out today to finished replacing some more parts on it. Gaming is awsome along with movies. I will tell you one thing. when you power on the tv first thing you should do is go into the menu and turn of DNie. There is a demo mode with it on and off and you will see the difference. Ive pretty much messed around with the tv a lot trying a bunch a different things. Feel free to ask me anything you want. Hope this help. Dont worry about how my tv broke. Samsung Customer service is so good that is another reason i decided to stick with the tv.

Well - I am thinking of pulling the trigger on this model tonight. Comparing it to 32" or 37" LCD sets make this one seem like a no brainer.

What is DNie?

How do you have it hooked up?

Will VGA at 1280x720 off a pc look bad vs 1280x720 say dvi to hdmi cable?
