I Solved the problem with the person (s) that were causing the issues.

Could it be that this person/these people are in the same location as Jimmy Hoffa? Sssshhhh....look under the theater.

Glad to see that these things worked out to OUR advantage. Now we won't be clamoring for pics!

Keep going!!

Chuck

VERY NICE! Good to see the rest of this project. I'm a long time lurker, seldom poster, but I remember when this project came along and the excitement to come with it for all. Congratulations Utah! I can't even fathom the cost of this project, but more power to you for having such resources.

I should print these pics out and bring them to my next home owners association meeting to show them the next time they fuss about a pile of topsoil or pallet of retaining blocks on my driveway. haha...

"Look here, it could be worse." lol....

Enjoy it! and be sure to treat your patient neighbors to a showing or two...

What an awesome build!

I love the idea of going underground. One of the municipalities I build in bases the tax valuation on finished square footage above grade. This would be a great idea to avoid the higer property tax.

I can't wait to see the completed project.

In Utah? Not likely! I am afraid you will likely be taxed for every square inch!

Utah, we're all waiting to see pics of the theater.

I don't know if I should do this, but he's been distracted. "http://forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=2026589"

After all, he finished the Garage first, so he needs to fill it up first! :-)

From that thread -*not* Utah speaking. I love this:

Here's an example of a post I ran across recently:

When it rain, it pours. I tried to take out my Diablo Roadster for the first time and the car does not make it 100 feet and find out it needs a new clutch slave. Take out the Barchetta but cannot trust it with the weather forecasting rain on and off. Take the Gallardo out and after 100 miles the clutch goes bad. Had it towed to Lamborghini Chicago. Figure I will take the 360 out for the weekend to my Wisconsin home and the damn light comes on. I was contemplating whether to get the thing towed or check out Fchat. Got lucky and do really appreciate your diagnosis. Thanks again.

These aren't exactly theater pics. But for those that were following the build they might be interesting. If you remember, the HT is under the garage extending unde the driveway. Here's what the rest of the basement looks like over the last couple of weeks.

Gym equpiment arrives FINALLY!!

Here's a pic of the gym yesterday morning, the cabinets are waiting to be installed in Mrs. Utah's command center (scrapbooking, gift wrapping room) and the gym equipment is half put together.

When I got home from work yesterday, this is what it looked like.

Before all the lunkheads start making fun of all the cardio equipment, I still have a squat rack, bench press, leg press and coupl of other pieces of equipment coming. We wanted to get this stuff in first to see how it fit. Still wating for the electritian to come back and put in the ceiling fans, and install the TV on the wall.

For the women. Pics of Mrs Utah's command center

She's got speakers wired in there, tv hook up, wrapping paper rollers, ribbon hangers, all kindsa room for scrapbooking fluff.

Major points for me

Oh.. and I can't forget the gratuitus garage pic.

(still not finished with the diamond plating, I have some crown molding I need to put up)

Utah - Good to have you back! The pictures look good so far... Keep 'em coming.

Less cars...more theater!!! Let's see it.
You should get some PowerBlock dumbbells. Those things will replace that plethora of DBs you have in that room, and take up 1/5 the space

Oh, and pick up a ConceptII rower to go with all the cardio toys. That thing will work you harder than any other piece there.

Great looking 'shack' you've got there. Nice rides too
