I was a Netflix user from their beginning but just before Blockbuster began to offer their online rental service I could no longer get most of the movies in my queue. Everything would go to long or short wait. These were movies that had been out for months and that the local rental shops had walls full of. I even emailed them and after a few form letters was just told that Netflix offered superior service and that nothing could be done. I suffered through for a time until I saw Blockbusters deal. At the time it was $15 a month and I got the two free in store rentals and a few free used DVD from time to time as well. I hated to switch because Netflix was there first and I think they deserve something for that. But
Now I know everyone is going to have a different experience from time to time but I even saw a news story about it a few months later. Some guys were suing Netflix because they said you can rent as many movies as you wanted but Netflix would set movies in your queue to long or short wait if you were returning too many too fast and cutting too far into their profit. They denied it but I had experienced it myself and the guys suing were friends or bothers that had noticed that at the same point in time one had all the movies available while the other did not and returned his movies often while the other hung on to them for a time.
I love your show and have come to trust you guys but your switch to recommending Netflix really bothers me. Even without my previous bad experience.
Not sure who said what but it was said that one was easier to use:
I admit that I have not used Netflix in a while now so I can't compare their ease of use but how much easier could Netflix be.
Ara I think, said he had trouble getting a movie:
I have never had any trouble getting the new movies if I have it in my queue before it's released and only be once in a great while have I had to wait for anything.
Braden, said that Blockbuster is bad because you use the in store return too much???
That is one of the cool things about the coupons. If I missed a movie or just wanted something to watch I would take the coupons in. Maybe I'm real lucky but so far almost everything I've wanted has been at the store or in their returns. Don't forget to ask if you can look in the returns pile.

Now that you can just return the movies to store it's a no brainer. If you try to do it all the time sure that would not be fun but don't you have some self control? I can't believe you both were ok with saying that was a negative because you used it too much. ??? I think it's a real plus to know I can keep the movies I just watched and check the shop for one that I'd like to take out of my online queue. It's also nice to bump into a movie that I've forgotten about or saw the previews for but forgot to put in my queue.
I don't know what to say. I really feel like you guys did get asked to say that stuff. But maybe that's my bad Netflix experience coming through. It just felt very unlike you guys. (Hope I've got the names right.) When Braden said that being able to return the movie to the store was bad because he use it too much. I totally expected Ara to be like: What are you talking about? Would you switch to cable or satellite because the one you had gave you free HBO and you used it too much? You just said Netflix was better and that you weren't getting paid to say that. For better or worse, that's the vibe I got.
I hope you guys don't hate be but that is how it came off.
