Needed: Warner Home Video Customer Service #

I have tried calling 800-364-6928 for the last 4 days and am getting a busy signal everytime. Does anyone happen to have another number I can try? Thanks!

Tell me about it. I tried to cancel an order I had JUST Placed and I get this crappy automated reply and nothing is ever done. Then the movies get shipped and I have been trying to call the 800 number, but it is always busy.

On the one hand, the response was fast. On the other, there is no way to contact anyone to change or cancel an order - even if it was just minutes later.

I followed the FAQ and emailed them exactly as was written. I had ordered the same HD-DVD and a few others...now I am going to get duplicates.

I am still getting no response on my orders with Warner Home Video. I ordered several weeks ago, and the order has not yet shipped.

I would caution anyone against using them, no matter how good the deal.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do about this? They use a third party to handle their credit card payments. The third party has listed my order, and I can see that it hasn't shipped, yet I am unable to delete my order through them. Their FAQ says I have to contact Warner. There is no information on Warner's site about canceling orders (that I can find).

This is a nightmare.
