Ok I really want to pick one of these up but I have searched and read the manual and can't get an answer to one very important question (well, for me). If I input something on the COAX DIGITAL INPUT will the signal be output through the OPTICAL DIGITAL OUTPUT? I don't expect any analog signals to do this (although it would be nice) but I think one of my past Sony Receivers did this. And before everyone asks why I need this it is because I use the optical output to feed a logitech speaker system in another room that will decode Dolby Digital etc.
There are tons of guys out there with this receiver, surely someone has tried this to see if it works????!
