Different dimensions (RM600F-224X327X1080, M6F-386X290X1046) also the RM600 lacks the backward tilting baffle of the M6F.

I'm looking for a used C3 center in Rosewood if anyone in interested in selling one. I'm hoping to find one to match with the used 6.1's I picked up but so far no luck.

Does anyone or everyone know what the warranty is on Swans? I sent Jon an email but he hasn't responded yet. I'm seriously stuck between some 2.1s and Dana 640s... ****, I am really starting to hate this hobby!

Has anyone changed/upgraded inductors and capacitors on swan diva's 6.1?

Ask Chris at CP to confirm and you should get a quick response. I believe I saw 5 years on my papers, but they're in the boxes stored away.

Gentlemen,
Has anyone heard the Diva 6.3's ? I've read the comparisions between the Diva 6.1 and 6.2's? actually leaning toward the 6.2's....

Before I pull the trigger just trying to do my Due diligence.....

I auditioned the Swan sound with a set of MK200III's for my home office..... WOW.

The 6.3 is in an acoustical class close to the existing 5.2 but without a dedicated midrange. Parametrically it's somewhere between the 4.2 and 5.2, although both of them are true 3-ways. Swan specifies the 6.3 as a 2.5 way

Anyone in Southern California willing to let me come take a listen? The Arcadia dealer is a bit far, but will go the distance to audition them if I have to. Those F2.2s look incredible, not sure I have the money and was looking around at the Swan 6.1s or newer 8.3s? Not sure where to acquire the 8.3s or F2.2s, so no idea on price. Seems that these get great reviews and look good too.

I've hit a point in my life where the aesthetics matter a bit as well. Haha
I haven't had a proper set-up in a few years, will be starting from scratch. Excited to hear Swans!

I don't believe the 8.3s have been released yet. Or any of the new models in the lineup for that matter. Maybe the dealers know more. Chris, Jon any new info for us?

If you do audition any of the Swans I'd love to know about your experience.

PS, I sent you a PM

8.3 are available for ordering, as is everything in there new line up. The 8.3 are pretty expensive.

Those 8.3s look just about the same as the 6.1s. I'm assuming the drivers are the biggest difference? Weighs a little bit more too.

Didn't even know they made such a thing.

..

I was thinking the same thing. The 8.3 is a bit larger and at over 100lbs is a pretty hefty speaker. But from my understanding it's coming with a pretty hefty pricetag too. Especially for a Diva line model. It'll be interesting to see what sales are like.

Yes they are and so far they seem to be orphans in terms of support models...

One year for powered models, five for the others. Drop us a note if we can help more.

Please share HOW expensive? Ball park? They weigh a ton! And WHY the metal tweeter vs. the soft dome?
I don't understand Swans' logic behind the 8.3. I understand it's to be the flagship of the lineup and therefore they don't expect it to be a huge seller. Something designed for a select few, but still. Seems to me like the bean counters have sunk their claws deep into Swans' sales format. Considering the state of the world's economy and given that the Diva line was originally designed for ID sales I doubt many people, if any, will be looking at the Diva line at that pricepoint. People looking for quality budget audio won't be looking at the 8.3's price range. Those looking at that price range won't be looking at a "budget" line. So what's the point of such a pricey model for the Diva line, especially given Swans' other lines? I also understand that they're raising prices across the board. I hope they haven't made the decision to become another "brand name" with "brand name prices" to go with it. IMO there's too many of those already. What a loss it would be for audiophiles looking for a truly great speaker at bargain prices.

I'm having static / white noise issues with a pair of Swan M200MKII speakers that I purchased, I was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions.

The issue: My speakers are omitting a constant static / white noise from the right speaker when powered on. The static is constant, regardless if anything is plugged into them or not. The hum is loud enough to hear over quiet parts in songs and quite obvious when there is no audio playing.

Speakers: Swan M200MKII's purchased from The Audio Insider

Backstory: I purchased these speakers a few months ago and they were fine for a few weeks, then this static / white noise started. I contacted The Audio Insider and they were very accommodating and offered to repair my speakers. I received them back a month ago and they were fine, no noise. Last week I noticed that the hum has returned. I contacted the vendor again and they're saying that the issue is a product of the environment and something that these type of speakers do.

I've connected these speakers to several different audio sources: 2 computers, iPhone, an iPod, and with nothing connected. I've also tested them at home and at my office and the issues remains.

My question: Is the rep. from The Audio Insider correct? Is it normal for speakers to omit static like this or do I have a faulty product? This is the most I've ever spent on speakers before and I'm a bit worried that I'm not getting the best quality for my dollar.

When I owned my MKII's, I noticed a hum when the volume knob was turned up loud. It was only audible in silence however.

My speakers make the hiss regardless of where the volume nob is, as long as there's power, there's static.
If you hear static/hiss, with no audio sources connected then there is a problem with your speakers.

I had earlier version mk200, and it worked great for a while and then experienced issues with volume control, with 0 volume, left speakers will play in moderate volume, while the right was OK.

I returned them and got Dana's
