The first Timesplitters 4 screens have been shown in the latest issue of UK based magazine PSW. This also confirms that the game will be coming to PlayStation 3 considering a PlayStation magazine has been given the exclusive shots, before these scan's it was unsure what consoles this game will be released on.

- Bandai Namco confirmed a new Tales title for PS3 will be revealed later this year.

NIS America as a company is doing well, and they do well maintaining five to six titles released a year. While they have focused mainly on the PS2, they've begun shifting toward the PS3 for their releases. They also have had great success with their titles on the PSP, which Jack owes to the fact that more hardcore gamers own the platform when compared to the DS. He also mentioned that NIS' home branch in Japan was interested in using the Wii's motion capabilities in RPGs in the near future, but mentioned that the Sony family of platforms was still NIS' main focus. He continued on to say that NIS' next title for the PS3 will harness more of the power of the platform and shouldn't garner complaints that it looks like a PS2 game, like Disgaea 3 did.

Metal Gear Solid superdad Hideo Kojima has told Eurogamer that it's "possible" the Metal Gear Acid games could end up on PlayStation Network, although he stressed nothing is in production.

Kojima was in Germany at Games Convention to chat in the aftermath of June's Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriot release, and as big fans of the PSP Acid series, we couldn't resist checking on its future.

"I'll say yes to that idea, but not because it is already running or anything," Kojima told Eurogamer when asked about the possibility of porting the turn-based strategy titles to PSN.

"I'm just saying yes because it's possible, I think it is possible. Sorry to say we don't have specific plans at the moment, but it is possible, yes."

There have been two Metal Gear Acid games to far, both exclusive to the PSP. The idea in both is to manoeuvre Solid Snake (and eventually another character) around traditional MGS-style environments trying to avoid being seen and reach your goals.

Movement and actions are turn-based, with longer cool-down periods for more energetic activities like firing rifles. To add additional intrigue, actions are powered by a customisable deck of cards, each of which has certain properties and uses.

It takes a little getting used to (although the second game removed some of the barriers for entry), but still we still miss it. Hopefully Kojima will go home and issue orders to his Kojima Productions pals.

Kingdom Hearts III is currently in development as a PS3 exclusive and will be announced at the TGS.

We already went over Savage Moon a RTS game a couple days ago, now we are revealing two more titles that will be hitting the PS3 soon. The first title is Sky Gods currently being developed by Blackfoot Studios which will utilize the Unreal Engine 3.

This just might be the first downloadable game that utilizes the beast that is the Unreal Engine 3. Using this engine practically ensures the game will be gigabytes, and this seems like why Blackfoot Studios felt the PSN was the perfect distribution platform to have Sky Gods on considering Sony doesn’t impose any size limitation on games.

Sky Gods will be a half HALO jumping, and half team based co-op shooter. According to Blackfoot Studio’s newsletter part of Sky Gods came from a simulation that was being developed for the Military for actual HALO jumping out of a plane, how cool is that?

The shooter part of the game is actually derived from Blackfoot’s Ground Branch title which is slated to launch in the near future.

Our next title we will be talking about is from Seed Studio. Seed Studio have a history of working on the DS platform and now is making a huge jump to the PS3. Just last week Seed Studio revealed a new title that is being worked on that will be on the PS3.

It hasn’t been revealed if it will be a PSN or retail game but it does look interesting what they have shown so far. Currently it seems Seed Studio is working on two projects but have not clarified which one will be on the PS3 or if both will be on that platform, so lets just look at both of them.

The first title that has been revealed is Blue Shift, a futuristic post apocalyptic style game. You know how much I love post apocalyptic games, its an instant win for me.

It seems you will be controlling a female lead in the game with a wide range of support allies, besides that information is scarce about this game so far.

The other project Seed Studio is working on is Epoch Wars, a RTS where you can control a battalion of solders focusing on conquering territories and defeating the enemy. This game is slated to be released in 2009 Q2.
