I don't think I have misunderstood that's why I found it interesting and put the question here. My calibrator have ISF level II och JKP level II trainer status (Joe Kane) and is one of few that have both those certifications in the world and he's using a Klein K-10 and a Quantum 780 and I think that pretty much makes him a expert on the subject.
His exact words were that there's another gamma mode in ISF, which results in lower gamma (higher number) that results in that you "can" loose some details. So he writes can but I get the impression he prefer not to use ISF day/night.
