Panasonic TH-50PX60U Break in Period

I have had this Plasma TV since Late March, and I'm wondering if I still need to be "breaking in" this Plasma TV still. I use it a few hours a day, and it seems to be working just fine. I've heard opinions saying you should break in this tv for 100-200 hours. Also, what is the best settings to break in this tv, just putting the picture/brightness settings to 0 or so? Any help here would be greatly appreciated, and I'm sorry if this issue has already been gone over, I couldn't find it on the forums.
