mirage speakers

i just purchased some new speakers, omni 250 fronts and omni cc1 center.iam replacing 5 omnisats , they sound good but the center channel is lacking. will the new omni fronts and center sound better, and what should my receiver be set to/ large or small. thanks

That's a very good center, when used right. Check to see if you have a setting wrong, or have it in the wrong place (it needs to be out of a cabinet / shelf). Try the test feature of the receiver to make sure it's connected. Try making sure that you're on the right settings for Dolby.
