Ok,
So I have the media closet in my dedicated room located behind the seating area (rear of the room). Currently, no universal remote, so with most devices I have to point backwards to get something done. Some devices, such as Arcam CD player remote do not have a clear line of sight thus have a tough time changing tracks.
I am interested in the 880 and the 890. I know the 890 has the RF extended, but the price difference between the two seems somewhat substantial. The proper way to go about this would be getting the 890. Is it possible to go with the 880 and do another solution (like RF repeater) or something?
Thanks,
George
