MAX-MMS & MAX-AVM ???

I have MAX-MMS 125 and few AVMs. The sound quality (whily playing mp3 or watching DVD) changes from time to time - it is excelent or cracking. Technical support told us to upfate server's firmware, but i haven't found it on AMX. May be u know how to fix the problem or where to get the firmware updates!
