Best Buy Canada Buy 2, Get 1 Free

Well Future Shop had it last week and now Best Buy has it this week. Now a few things i didn't see with the ad.

1) No indication if the deal works online, but i don't think it does.

2) Nothing in the flyer (or online flyer) does it restrict the movies on Blu-ray to that of SONY (unlike Future Shop last week) Still all the movies advertised in the flyer were from Sony. So check before you buy

Any of my Canadian Brethren checked out this sale?? If so, is it just Sony Pictures or all BDs?

I went to both stores in Ottawa, and they both said that it was limited to the selection in the flyer.

Yeah same here so not much of a sale at all. Sorry to get everyone's hopes up (and mine) over a crappy sale. Why can't we get one like the states where all Blu-ray movies are included in the deal. I had Ultimate Avengers, Weeds: S1 and Reign of Fire in mind when i was told Flyer only on the deal. I guess we will be waiting for Boxing Day for that sale again.

not to be rude or anything but no sale from best buy can actually be any good.....
much less a buy 2 at a ridiculous price and then get one free...just my take.

Umm, looking at your location, you are from the US, and this sale was for Canada Best Buys, not American. And Best Buys up here do have decent prices, depending on the title and where else you look.
