Currently looking at the following projectors for a monthly film screening series in a large (120+ person) space (140"+ screen) with some ambient light issues. I'd prefer a 16:9 native projector because probably 65% of what we show is in that format but it wouldn't keep us from a 4:3 native if it was really the better PJ. Due to budget, it needs to be <$5000.

Mitsubishi WD2000U (3000 lumens, 2000:1 , DLP, 1280x768, $3300 street)

Optoma EP910 (3500 lumens, 3000:1, DLP, 1400x1050, $2300 street)

You can compare the 2 side-by-side here:

The Optoma has better numbers but the Mits is 16:9 native and has some nice items like powered zoom and focus and lens shift.

I've also been pointed toward an Eiki LC-W3 and a Sanyo PLV-80 but because of the lowish contrast (1000:1) they seems less likely than the other 2. Any opinions on the above projectors (especially past experience) or other recommendations are very appreciated.

Thanks for your time and advice, it really is a big help!
