Criteria for not archiving posts?

Since the last Sunday am shutdown, presumably for achiving, I've found a few linked posts I've filed away won't work:

Get the no thread specified message, option for trying two different archives (neither work), or post may have been removed note. These two posts aren't very old. Thanks for any help. -- JF

Any thread that had not been posted to in 2007 was archived off. If the thread had a last post date that was in 2007, it is still on the site.

Once the threads are merged into the archive, you will be able to find them again by replacing the www with archive2 . We hope the merge will be done within the next 2 weeks.
