Gaming for me is no deeper than a frequent hobby I do whenever theres free time. I dont get paid to play video games and I'm not gonna have a panic attack if my 360 fails and spend my days complaining about it to a bunch of strangers on the internet. Suck it up, send it in and get another one in 2-3 weeks..
Would I prefer a 360 thats more reliable and cheaper to purchase?? Absolutely.
Enough to be worried about the people manufactering it?? I'd rather water my lawn.
Microsoft itself is one of the most well fortuned corporations any of us can mention, and happens to be owned by the man crowned the worlds richest man who also happens to donate more money to charity organizations than anyone else I can think of.

Subjects like this definitely make my top ten Fanboy list.
I'm not worried about any of it.
If my second unit fails, I will, as you said, contact them to get another one. It's an annoyance, but I must deal with it.
I think you took a small sideline comment and made it the center of focus.
Since neither you nor I can substantiate the morale issue, we can drop it right there.
I think you should post your top ten fanboy list. This way, I can avoid rattling your cage.
