Rare HD-DVD or Blu-Ray?

Hello,

I guess it's sort of early at this point but are there any rare or out-of-print HD-DVD or Blu-Ray titles? "The Fifth Element" (bad version) is going away for good reason but any thing else?

Thanks,

Paul

I beleive that the first HD DVD players in Japan came with a copy of Resident Evil. That's rare. I think there are some demo discs that are kind of rare, but as you say, Its probably too early at this point.

EDIT: Perhaps you could get your hands on a copy of the BD Robocop, that never made it to the stores, or was it recalled? That would be a collector's item.

Resident Evil - HD-DVD
DTS sample discs - HDDVD and Blu-Ray
RoboCop - Blu-Ray
The Bridge on the River Kwai - Blu-Ray - was sighted being pressed about 10 months ago in Japan and has not yet shown up in retail.

I believe one of the German HDDVD imports was limited to a 2000 disc run - can't remember which title.

The Oliver Twist HD DVD is out of print in Japan. I've been trying to get my hands on a copy for a while now.

I thought Equilibrium is OOP. Am I wrong about this?
