Thanks I still have a few things to finish up in the HT. I have been really pushing to get the rest of the basement finished. I will post some pictures in the next day or so of my progress. I would have to messure it but I think it was about 24" from floor lvl

I probably should snap some photo's as I have made some progress. I have been extra busy this spring with all the rain which has really slowed the build to a crawl

Rain makes the grass grow long and fast so trying to mow close to 50 lawns a week has cut into my many projects

Scott,
At least you are getting the rain---keeps going north, south and east of me on south end of KC. Don't think I have mowed since early/mid June and lawn is in the 'is it dead or dormant now' stage. Another fall of lawn renovation instead of being in the man cave like I want to be ha ha

Well its been a while since I have posted anything I'm just about finished mowing for the year and will be dedicating all my time to finishing everything up this winter.

I made a little video on my droid this morning

Pretty cool Scott! Good luck this winter finishing up. Glad you bounced your build back up. I was surfing through it again the other day.

I hope I done mowing for the year with mine! I did it last week and it seems to be pretty much the same. I still just need to get down my winter fungus prevention.

I love how you can hear the sound change in your video at 40 seconds. in the hall your voice has an echo, but as soon as you are in the theater, no echo. you can hear the different right on this video.

Tony how many hours did you have on your projector bulb when you changed it out ? I remember you doing that and it made a big difference

I changed it at about 2200 hours. It actually didn't make that much difference. Look at post # 1405 in my thread. I have screenshots of before and after with the new bulb.

I have to say, it will look better when you finish it up. I'll also alert Logan to the fact that you're going on 3x years and after finishing the theater, you took a long-ish pause. Maybe his prodding can help you out!

I plan to have most of it finished up this winter. This mowing season was a booming year for my Lawn Biz. I was working 7 days a week I'm trimming some of the dead beats out this winter and slimming down to the top paying lawns. I really don't want to work weekends next summer if i can help it.

Very nice work! I wish I had the talent and a basement to do this! I have to put an addition on to achieve my theater and I have to hire a contractor. I am putting a master suite and theater above my garage and other living space! We are going up rather than out! Good luck on the rest of your goals!

Thanks. I plan on posting some new pics tomorrow night. I just tore into our master bath I'm gutting all of the crap builder grade fixtures and building it the way it should have been in the first place. once thats done I can finish up the basement build.

Here is a photo of the bathroom when we first moved in 11/1/2004. Everything was brand new. It didnt take long for the shower to turn to crap with those cheap doors
