Love it. Haven't had any more online problems now that my DSL has gone away. And it was the online problems that forced the issue for me. The additional speed is great.
To my tired old eyes, the picture is much better - even on the SD sets. Haven't really explored all the channels. Since I never had the "old" guide, while the new one is new to us just because it isn't the other guys, am getting used to it.
Spending much of my time helping the wife who, as forecast, is having a problem with the 10-digit dialing.
In addition, and I think I mentioned this before, the quick response of the boxes are causing her some problems to the way she pushes her remotes. I adapted. Sue - not so much. Did determine the quick response is in the boxes, not the remotes, as when I set up her Harmony remotes for FiOS using her old remotes she still has to learn "lightly and quickly" when it comes to button pushing. The quick reference guides I made for her, laminated and placed near every remote, are an immense aid to her finding her way around the new channel #s - me, too.
Anyhow, we like it - so far.
Haven't lost power yet, so will wait to see how well my back up to the VZ battery pack works. This to me is still the biggest problem with FiOS
And, the first bill hasn't arrived, so have yet to find out if my billing is going to be the fight many folks have experienced.
So far - so good.
