Recently my Clarion Calypso died. The signal strength will be at a full 3 bars, but the screen displays "Acquiring Signal" and there is no audio.
Has anyone had to deal with Clarion customer service before? I called the customer service phone number, which told me to go to their website to locate an authorized dealer/repair center. Is this how they normally handle things... through a 3rd party?
Also, I've had the radio for over 2 years now, so the warranty is gone. Is it worth the repair cost? I can't imagine it being cheaper to purchase a new radio, car and home kit.
