Being a previous employee of Adire Audio, I of course took advantage of that and accumulated a pretty killer speaker setup. I run the Exodus Audio Kit 61 for my center channel which resides behind my projection screen. For the front pair of speakers I use a custom Kit 261 which Dan Wiggins designed and uses in his home as well. For my surround speakers I use a single CSS WR125s full range 4" speaker per side in their own ported enclosure. I plan on adding a subwoofer eventually, but haven't yet since the Extremis drivers produce ample amounts of bass for my needs. When I do, I plan on using Exodus' new XBL^2 subwoofer and one of their amplifiers to power it.
To power my speakers, I use a Harman Kardon AVR-445 receiver. My only complaint of that receiver is that I chose it because of the HDMI switching, but was very disappointed that it doesn't pick up the audio from the HDMI inputs. What's the point of HDMI having audio if even the high-end audio receivers don't utilize it? Anyway, for sources I use the Motorolla Moxi HD/DVR cable box, and a Toshiba HD-A2 HD-DVD player. And finally for viewing I use a Panasonic PT-AE900U projector and a custom screen I built using Celtic Cloth from Dazian backed with black grill cloth. For seating I have home theater style chairs/couch from Klausner Furniture. It has 3 seating sections. I'm also using a 29" Toshiba flat screen CRT TV for standard viewing.
