I'm looking at buying either an lcd or plasma. I would like around 40 inches. And all together (tv, surround sound/dvd, cables, etc.) I would like to pay around $2500.
The main things I'm going to be doing with the tv are hd sports viewing and gaming on my xbox360. I do watch a lot of dvds, but is it worth it to upgrade to hd dvd?
I really like the sony kdl 40s2010 and the 37' sharp. I'm interesting in the sony xbr2, but all the issues I've read about the clouding bother me.
