I've had my eye on the 5265 from Samsung. There have been complaints from folks about problems with the HDMI, but it appears that they've isolated the issue to bad boards in the TVs. If you get a newer board, you should be alright. Check the board to see what they are saying. The consensus seems to be that this the best LCD TV available right now and Amazon is selling it just shy of 3K.
