Speaker Location, Wiring, I'm lost....

We are finishing my basement and will be using it as another living / entertaining area.
I am pretty sure that I am going to install a plasma on the wall... But I don't want to leave out the option to install a projector in the future.

If it were you, what would you do with a basement that will be layed out like the attached photo.

If it were me I would put in a 5.1 system similar to what I did with my bonus room. looks like a nice space to work with - I would stick with cabinet style speakers unless you or your wife really wants the "cleaner" look of in-walls and in-ceilings (you would likely need in-ceiling in the rear if you go that direction).
