Use a test disc ... or even something simple like the THX optimode on any THX DVD. It will be better than blindly using other people's numbers. It will also take you all of 5 minutes to do.

I couldn't agree more with Michael TLV, but if you must use someone else's settings, there is a whole thread devoted to ones applicable to the 5070.

While these provide a starting point, everyone's room and attached equipment is different. You still should use a test disc.
