Mitsubishi Cust Care sucks

I have called 800-888-8245 for 3 days now and for 3 days all I got was a message stating there was a higher than normal call volume and to call back later - then it would hang up on me

I called back for 4 hours each day every 1-20 min or so and I got the same message until it is closed

because of this I have returned my brand new WD-57733 and replaced it with a JVC HD-ILA

Mits has lost a customer for good

arent you the same guy that said you spoke to the supervisor...etc etc..

now you say you never spoke to them....blah

yes same person in the other topic I actually I never talked to someone with cust care I called 800-332-2119 MDEA CONSUMER RELATIONS and talked to them since cust care was not accepting calls or what ever

the title should of been MDEA CONSUMER RELATIONS sucks not cust care but cust care sucks as well since they never answered the phone


and I am not a troll I am a hobbit!
