Hi anybody just connected up my player to my AMP using HDMI.I am able to get both picture and sound.

CRANK shows up as 6.1 but im not getting any sound from the BACK speakers.Im getting it from the surround speakers no problem.

Do i need the sound setting to PCM DOWN CONVERSION or do i turn that to off?
Also it asks me in the sound setup if i want TRU-HD and DTS-HD as PCM or BITSTREAM? which of these should i set them to?

I have read the instructions but it seems a little vage

Thanks in advance

Leave the defaults set for TrueHD & DTS-HD as PCM, DD and DTS as bitstream. Then when you select BD tracks on a movie it will default to those settings.

What about the analog outputs? If you want dolby True-hd and dts-hd through the analog outputs should the settings be the same? Thanks

If ONLY using analog outs, then set them as I suggest and set Connection->Speaker to MulitChannel and HDMI->HDMI Audio Out to Off. The settings for PCM and Bitstream control the digial out signal.
