naim vs control4 or crestron

Has anyone seen this or used this?

It seems better than control4 at least features wise.
Does anyone have any idea on pricing as compared to control4 or crestron

It's based on the NetStreams DigiLinX platform, but with their own servers, tuners and room amplifiers–the "control" aspect is still, as with NetStreams, limited to specific device drivers supported by their Dealer Setup (or write your own, not the easiest thing to do). The system is based more around audio transport and basic ASCII control than anything really elaborate a la Crestron.

AFAIK, Naim will be at CEDIA 2007 in Denver, though they haven't formally rolled out the NaimNet range in the U.S. yet.
