I am looking to buy the best possible unit to receive my Sirius radio via portable - In other words, the lest static and interference and best signal reception...Any suggestions on what I should get?

I believe they're all about equal. Just make sure to get a matching external antenna. That way you can listen inside without having to sit next to a window.
