I've emailed and tried to call their new phone number to no avail. I've read quite a few posts about not being able to get a hold of anyone at epik. Several had also stated that email returns are rare (actually two separate posts said that they Never return emails).

I live within driving distance and could just go there to pick up a sub, but I have no idea if I will ever be able to get a hold of them. I don't think waiting 5 weeks like multiple posts said, is an acceptable timeframe when you've got money in hand.

I'm assuming they would have to make some sort of contact to finish any orders.

So just hold on as it sounds like the move is getting closer to being completed and I know that they are working 12hrs+ to get all the equipment, tools ,etc in to the shop.
If you haven't done a move like this it is very time consuming and getting in the large equipment and set up properly could mean moving the same piece of equipment a few times to get the flow of the line set up properly.

We are almost there....

I heard the jumbo jet/helicopter type thing as it approached 35 hz.

My question to you is, although it was fairly loud and when I tried to talk my voice sounded weird - and I am still finding things in my house upstairs that fell down or are out of place, and my pant legs were definitely rippling...I feel like I may have heard the Conquest actually get louder than that when it was in my basement.

My current room is vaulted and open to the kitchen.

I don't have my projector set up anymore so I can't test the Transformers flip scene (which is what I used to use to test the subwoofer). Do you experience movies actually have louder encoded sub scenes than the 35hz-1hz?

The other thing is probably the transformers scene had some above 35hz content that the conquest was playing extremely loud - also I was running duals with the SVS down there and I haven't plugged the SVS upstairs yet..so that could all attribute to it.

I guess the question is what decibel volume are those sine waves encoded or (Or does that matter?).
