I'm assuming they would have to make some sort of contact to finish any orders.
I emailed them within 1 hour of the 1st posting that they had a new product.
You have to remember that they are moving everything and that if you read the Empire post you can email them to be put on the list for it and will begin shipping in a couple weeks. They are not ready for pick up or delivery yet and once settled they will contact us in order that the email were received and get you info then.
So just hold on as it sounds like the move is getting closer to being completed and I know that they are working 12hrs+ to get all the equipment, tools ,etc in to the shop.
If you haven't done a move like this it is very time consuming and getting in the large equipment and set up properly could mean moving the same piece of equipment a few times to get the flow of the line set up properly.
