I have not checked this thread in months and saw that blog update from Epik back in early June. I don't know how anyone can take this company seriously and not see through the B.S. I especially loved this quote from the blog post:
We have been taking care of customers warranty issues, but know that a few have fallen through the cracks. Please give us a call or email and we will get everybody taken care if you have been waiting. We are sorry if you’ve been waiting a little longer than usual. We look forward to getting everybody taken care of quickly.
LOL, what a joke. Anyway, I will never considering buying or recommending a product from this company. There are just too many other reliable companies out there and, let's face it, customer service is everything when you are a company that is internet direct and have little to no presence in stores, or through marketing. These audio forums will make you or break you. Ask Elemental Designs. Ask AV1234, etc. Looks like Epik has joined their ranks...
