Can somebody please help me?

I am very tech challenged. I bought some items and am trying to figure the best way to set it up for best audio and video. I have 3 HDMI outs... (which I admit I dont know much about) Is that better or the SPDIF for my tuner connection. I basically would just like to know if anybody has any advice on the best way to connect all these pieces for the best sound and video. THANKS!

I think my TV is crap. lol. The picture is horrible, I think i need to return it.
