anyone know how to recover or reset this thing?

went to the sirius backstage forums but the help page is "error 404"

take the battery pack off for like 10 seconds then put it back on... My stilletto sticks at the little dog icon sometimes as well and that method works for me. I find it usually happens after the radio is in the hot car for a good amount of time

left it off (battery removed) for over 1 hour

put it back and still the same thing.

called sirius and they are sending out a replacement unit. seems when this happens it's broke. at least it's still under warranty
