Whats the Best Sounding Harddrive MP3 player w/ the Longest Battery life?

Whats the HDD Mp3 player that sounds the best. Its going to be going in my car (for the most part) and I have some Kick ass speakers so I need really high quality speakers...Long battery Life (20 hours +) is very important as well
