Hi guys, I just got a PS3 yesterday, and I have a few questions about the audio. Just to clarify my setup, I currently have HDM running from the PS3 to my TV for video and optical running from the ps3 to my receiver for audio, My receiver unfortunately does not support HDMI. Now I know I won't be able to pass the lossless audio to my receiver but I am trying to figure out how to make the audio default to DTS output. I believe passing DTS (1.5mbps I assume?) would be the best way to pass the audio to the receiver for optimal sound on all blu-ray disks. Also, will the PS3 pass Dolby Digital EX or DTS-ES? I tried to do it and the audio defaults to regular Dolby Digital. Thanks in advance for all of your help!
