Thanks for your help
There are a few that do. I know that the samsung lnt-xx61/65/66 do. The only thing is that this set doesn't do 1:1 on components. The good thing is that you can use the vga. Get the vga cable for the 360 an almost all tv's that do 1080p that have a vga will do 1080p. The great thing is that the vga for you 360 will allow you to watch all your standard dvd's in upscalled 1080p where as components will only allow 480p max with dvd play back. The vga also has 1:1 pixel mapping with no overscan. So this is on the samsungs.
The sharp 37gp1u accepts the 1080p on components.
In retrospect you are better off just buying the VGA cables for cheap on ebay and using that if you don't have the elite. Most tv's come with vga input like the sony xbr's, the samsungs, and at the same time if you plan on buying the HD dvd drive for the 360, you will need vga cables to ouput the video at 1080i/p
