Has anyone found any way to get simultaneous digital and analog audio out of Vista?

yes, I have seen this, I am hoping someone has come up with a workaround e.g. a cheap digital to analog (toslink to RCA) converter?

here is teh exact device I want :

I would split the TOSLINK coming out of Vista with a TOSLINK SPlitter, then into one of these

this is a swiss company and devcie is out of stock, hoping to find something similar
