The Delta E's in HCFR for Greyscale and Colors are shown in the attached image. I am not sure if these are Delta E 94 values. Can you enlighten me (no pun intended).

Does anyone know how to restore the Resolution/Time displayed when pressing "info". on the remote

A Best Buy service tech changed a value in the service menu and now the Resolution/Time is plain and grey now.

Also my Menu Screen has a purple square in the center where it used to be translucent.

Is there a service menu fix? A week later another Best Buy tech had no clue how to fix this.
