Odd convergence issue..wavy red convergence...see pics

Pics attached. My convergence is off in my 4 corners. It looks "wavy". Sorry for the lack of a better description. The pics show it better than I can explain it.

Can you not adjust this out? If not, sounds like conv. board/IC failure.

Easy fix, if so. And relatively cheap to DIY if you're handy with a soldering pencil.

Unfortunately I'm not able to adjust it enough. The crosses will not line up no matter how much I try to adjust it.
