M&K bought by new owners and back in some form?

Well I didn't see it anywere except buried in the M&K thread but it looks like M&K has been bought by a foreign company that is going to keep the company alive in some form.

Personally I am all for it considering if any of my M&K die maybe I can get a replacement. In the hopeful end, maybe they will honor the warranty.

I guess we will see.
