Hi bordo32. That's ok about the warranty. But did you have to pay for the new TV? Because they say I have no choice in free replacement TV. Did you have them haul the old one away? Thanks for replying btw. It really helps to know what to say to Sony. And you and I had/have the exact same TV (46XBR5).
