Receiver Opinions

I have an Epson Home cinema 1080p projector and a PS3. I want a reciver that can pass 1080p for Blue ray ovies and play PS3 games. I also watch HD through my Comcast HD box.
What some opinions on what you guys think the best receiver would work for me.
Looking about mid range in price.

Thanks in advanced

Can you be a little more specific as to what "mid price range" is please?

I know I sound like a broken record, but try not to sweat the 1080p thing so much.

I rather not spend more than 3,000
Why do you keep saying that?
I don't understand.

Because with the PS3, you'll be outputting 1080P anyways, and most receivers will simply pass through the HDMI signal without processing. Now if you want to upconvert 720p or 1080I to 1080P, thats another thing, but your projector probably can upconvert anyways.
