That sucks. I've got an install scheduled for the middle of next month after I figure out which CableCARD tuner to get for my HTPC. If Charter doesn't come through with more HD in the rest of CA, I will cancel that and just stick with Uverse. Can you pass that along? If you want new customers you have to deliver the product. When I made the appointment I was told, and I have a copy of the chat, that this was going to be happening mid-June but, as usual, Charter's website never really shows you what you're getting and how much it really costs. The bundle builder is junk because it doesn't have all offerings available that actually can save a customer money by doing a chat or phone call.
So nobody at Charter really knows what's going on to the point that even next month is an unknown?
