I get my XM Radio through my Garmin StreetPilot 2730 GPS and I use it in my company car, which is a 2004 Dodge Stratus. It does not have a cassette tape, so I use the FM transmitter, which often has disappointing performance. I have looked at the auxiliary input adapters and they are about $70. I had recently purchased a used JVC HD Car Stereo KD-HDR1 from Ebay for not that much more that upgraded me to AM/FM/HD along with a CD player. It included the iPod input that I use when I transfer the Garmin StreetPilot 2730 to my Chevrolet Silverado pick up. Anyway, I guess my question is can I find an auxiliary input adapter for a 2004 Dodge Stratus a little more reasonably priced than $70 or is that about the going price?
