Great episode once again. Has the show been canceled? There weren't any previews for next week, and I checked the interactive guide on my TV and it doesn't list it for the next two weeks.

EDIT: Nevermind, looks like it's just on break for two weeks for these two specials.

If you were a newborn, you'd call them "lunch"...

Sweeps is over. The writer's strike and the holidays wll now result in a wrath of repeats and holiday specials. The next new episode, as listed by CBS, is on 12/14/07. They have nothing listed after that.

Don't expect anything new after that until the new year.

Even without the writer's strike, it is like this every year.

Wow I thought this episode was fantastic. I had a feeling somebody was something.

Yep, both the 11th and 18th are new. It was supposed to be the 4th and 11th, but CBS pushed these two episodes bck a week.

Are they writing out Beth's boyfriend, who really serves no useful purpose on this show?

I happen to like Josh just fine and find him sexy .. I like Mick the best but think Josh is hot too !! Crappy writing has hurt Josh but I will miss Josh on the show !!
I'd rather watch Josh than the bland Coraline who IMO serves no purpose and only fits the contrived plot of the dead ex wife who is not dead and has returned to stir things up- How often has that happened ?

Coraline is hot, Josh is pointless.

He could team up with Coraline to get revenge on Mick and Beth!

Then Beth becomes a vampire and they have an epic battle!

Then Blade shows up and kills everybody!

But aren't they all daywalkers? Nothing so special about Blade in this vampire mythos...

She's got these GROSS black growths/moles near her left eye that make me want to hurl chunks! I wouldn't kiss her with your lips!

Blade is not a vampire.

He's a dhampir. But no matter what you call him, the vampires of Moonlight are more similar to Blade than they are to the vampires from the Blade movies/TV shows...

As a vampire hunter, he could still show up and kill everybody, like I said.

Sounds like you have some personal issues. If you're that sensitive you must need therapy, "son"!

Speak for yourself Coraline is butt ugly and the actress sucks in acting and the weakest on the series.
Josh is HOT & SEXY and adds much more to the show !!

WOW !! Great episode and one of the stronger episodes .. Too bad about Josh's being killed ( I'd rather have seen Coraline bite the dust as she is a total snooze ) but incredible acting by Alex and Sophia ..

At the end when Beth asked Mick if he would save her and he says he'd do the same, I think they should have opened up a discussion at that point of what HER wishes were if she was in that situation. It would have made an interesting discussion and moved the plot a long a little. He alluded to the things he did at first, I wonder what and for how long.

We got a better idea of the timeline tonight. If I recall he was turned in 1955 of there abouts, Beth said something to the fact the she was abducted 22 years ago, that makes it 1986, so Mick and Coraline were together on and off for almost 30 years. hope we get some flashbacks from that period.

I'm enjoying the show and I hope they have an ending episode ala Journeyman if it does not come back.

Goodbye Josh, and good riddance.

Once again, a great episode. Hopefully next week's will be good enough to tide us over until the strike is over.

I agree, great episode and I don't think the show is going anywhere because it won the People's Choice Award for best new drama of the year.

Just watched by DVR. Great show this week. Loved seeing the bad guy get his blood drained. This show does not follow an exact formula and that is why it is so good. Hope we get more episodes.

Somehow Mick is pulling it off: on the one hand he is a nice guy, trying to do the right thing, and in the next instant he can turn into the Fanged Vigilante.

Of course, I was wondering how and when they would get Josh out of the way so he and Beth could become an item.

Coralline is still alive, isn't she?
