Long HDMI run (approximately 100 feet)

I need to run a rather extensive HDMI cable (approximately 100 feet) and it needs to be run through conduit outdoors. Does anybody know what the viability of this is? If running outdoors is not a problem would it be best to use some form of premade fiber-optic cable, pure fiber-optic cable with booster/switches (or whatever) at the ends, or a cat5 solution? I would prefer something that was perhaps fiber-optic and HDMI 1.3 capable. I'm willing to run extra CAT5 through the conduit just in case. I have heard pros and cons to different solutions. I know with a premade cable you need a six-inch bend radius and that probably wouldn't be feasible because I wouldn't want the conduit protruding from the house that much. I've seen everything from the gefen solutions to a ridiculously priced Teradyne one.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Intelix just issued a press release on this Cat5e/Cat6 solution:

Could be worth a look...

Thanks, preferably am looking for a fiber-optic solution as I have heard the others are finicky.

Gizmodo had good set of articles on HDMI for cable length as well as performance under set of various resolutions. Start here with the last article:
