Tips on Behringer EP1500

This seems like a highly respected amp for DIY subs. I notice it doesn't have a 12v switch. Can I leave it on all the time? Will it have a considerable amount of draw when it's not receiving a signal? I'm a big fan of not standing up to turn on/off equipment, so leaving this on would be an attractive feature. Unless it make my electricity bill much more unattractive...

I hooked up my ep 2500 and left the switch on, "ON" position and then I hooked up the receiver to turn my power bar on and off and then that turns the amp on and off.

I got it used on ebay for $50 the guy seems to sell a bunch and the bar itself can be used for surge protection and line cleaner etc etc

My EP-2500 and BFD have been on and running for months without a problem.

I leave my Acurus 200x3 and EP1500 running 24/7. No ill effects at all. If anything it will reduce the stress on internal components, as they wont have to constantly go from cold to hot when being power cycled.

Cool, thanks for the tips guys. Just won an EP1500 on eBay for $172.50, so I'll get that up and running soon!
