Since this thread is back from the dead anyway, please allow me to make a simple suggestion for those pissing money away into wire strippers. For speaker wire, this is all the wire stripper you need:
Roll your wire between your thumb & the blade until you slice almost all the way through the jacket, then twist & pull the jacket. Once you get the hang of it you won't break any copper.
I find that a simple razor knife (or most often, my pocket knife) is much easier than screwing with wire strippers, but if you're the type of person who's likely to hurt himself with such a device, then I'd suggest a set like the yellow pair in this picture:
They work very well and they're cheap. I think that you can even buy a set from Kimber Kable in case you feel that his product might make your stripped wires sound better.
