I am thinking about getting the Sharp 64U b/c the F&F offer is so good. Will I be able to watch blu ray dvds with my PS3 even if I dont have an HD receiver from Directv? I was thinking about just leaving it downstairs in my gaming room to play PS3 on it and watch movies, b/c have heard the SD channels look really bad so I may just leave my regular tube tv upstairs for every day watching.
Will this work? Can I watch HD movies straight through the PS3 and get bluray quality or does it have to be through a receiver? Thanks!
